The RFU’s facilities guidance for clubhouses and changing rooms is specific, and rugby is the most demanding sport we build for. The key standards our rugby layouts are designed around:

Manufacture takes 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, then installation takes days. Many clubs order in spring so the building is ready for the September season, with groundworks done over the summer.
What foundations does the building need?
A level base, typically concrete pads or a slab, with water, drainage and electricity brought to the building. We supply a foundation specification for your chosen plan and your local groundworker builds to it.
Do rugby changing rooms need planning permission?
Usually yes, because they are permanent buildings. Some sites have permitted development rights. We supply planning drawings at no cost and advise on what applies; always confirm with your local planning authority.
