1. About Us

Sports Changing Rooms is a trading name of Square Root Trading Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13788133 (VAT registration number 428951662), with its registered office at Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RE. Any contract you enter into is with Square Root Trading Ltd.

2. Using This Website

By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; if you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. Content on this website, including floor plans and drawings, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Guide Prices and Quotations

Prices shown on the website are indicative guide prices to help you plan. Floor plans, specifications and prices can all change to suit your project. Your exact price, covering the specification, delivery and installation for your postcode, is confirmed in a written quotation before any order is placed. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which we may re-quote. Prices exclude VAT unless stated, which is charged at the prevailing rate.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is placed when you confirm our quotation in writing by email or purchase order. We will confirm the specification, price and estimated factory lead time. Payment terms, including any deposit and staged payments, are set out in your quotation. Buildings remain our property until paid for in full.

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates are estimates given in good faith. You are responsible for ensuring suitable site access and completed groundworks to our specification before delivery; we will advise on both. Additional costs from failed or aborted deliveries caused by site access or unprepared foundations may be charged.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Made to order buildings are manufactured to your specification. Once an order enters production, cancellation or changes may incur costs incurred to that point. We will always discuss options with you before any cost is confirmed.

7. Warranty and Liability

Buildings are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty, details of which are confirmed with your quotation. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability under a contract is limited to the price paid for the building.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
